• Multiple accounts for a single user are strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension.
• The admin reserves the right to block or remove accounts that violate our fair play policies.

5. Tournaments and Rewards

Participation in tournaments is subject to the specific rules of each event. Rewards (Wombucks, coins, or prizes) are awarded based on official leaderboards.

• Tournament finish dates are as specified on the platform.
• Prizes are distributed according to the ranking at the time of tournament completion.
• Any attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

6. Virtual Currency (Coins/Gems)

Virtual currencies like "Gold" (Tokens) and "Gems" (Coins) are used within the platform. These have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated in a specific reward program. They cannot be transferred between accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

NICOLENIUM shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
